Sarah Daglis, ND, MS

Welcome!

I’m Sarah Daglis, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor based in Connecticut. My professional journey has been diverse, encompassing patient care, research and development, nutraceutical consulting, and medical writing & editing.

At the forefront of scientific inquiry, I thrive as a researcher and writer, driven by a dedication to continuous learning and educating others on the evidence supporting integrative medicine and clinical nutrition in disease prevention and management.

Biomedical and clinical research are critical in advancing our knowledge and strengthening the evidence base for naturopathic methods. While holistic medicine embraces a comprehensive approach to wellness, I am particularly drawn to cardiometabolic and digestive health.

I aim to translate high-quality research findings into clear, accessible insights for diverse audiences, highlighting the impact of alternative medicine in restoring balance and promoting optimal wellness.

My innate love for animals and enduring attraction to the mountains fuel my spirit, bringing me immense joy, peace, and fulfillment.
